Welcome to the Solano County Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) Housing Element Collaborative Website. Please visit the links below to learn more about what’s happening in your community and share your thoughts and feedback.
The Solano County REAP Housing Element Collaborative is made up of the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Vacaville, Vallejo, and the County of Solano. Every jurisdiction in the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) is in the process of updating their individual 2023- 2031 Housing Element, as well as their individual Safety Elements. As a part of the Housing Element update process, the Solano County Collaborative is preparing a regional Housing Needs Assessment and a regional Assessment of Fair Housing
